For GPU server ownersList your GPU servers on the Velyrix marketplace
Connect data-centre NVIDIA GPU servers to the Velyrix GPU Marketplace. We find the customers, set the prices, collect the payments and pay you a share every month. What you earn depends on customer demand for your servers.
From application to your first payout
Providers have their own site, with a separate sign-in, where they apply, add servers and follow their earnings, statements and payouts.
What your servers need
Ubuntu Server 22.04 or 24.04 LTS, x86_64.
KVM with GPU passthrough: CPU virtualisation (VT-x or AMD-V) and IOMMU (VT-d or AMD-Vi) enabled in the firmware. GPUs in their own IOMMU groups are recommended.
NVIDIA data-centre GPUs, for example B300, B200, H200, H100, A100, L40S, L4, RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell and RTX A6000. The installer refuses GeForce and TITAN cards, because NVIDIA's GeForce driver licence does not allow data-centre deployment.
A professional data-centre facility in an export-cleared country, from the same list as the Velyrix markets. We ask for proof of the facility before a server is approved. Servers at home or in an office are not accepted.
A public IP address and an inbound port range for customer connections (40000–49999 by default), outbound HTTPS to the platform and outbound UDP to the relay gateway.
NVMe storage for customer disks and volumes.
One command to connect a server
The installer checks the hardware, installs KVM, Docker and the NVIDIA Container Toolkit, configures GPU passthrough and starts the Velyrix node agent. The agent registers the server, reports its health and benchmarks, and runs customer instances on instruction from the platform.
- Outbound only: the agent connects out to the platform over HTTPS with signed requests. No inbound management ports are opened.
- Automatic updates: new agent versions are delivered by the platform, verified by checksum before they are installed, and can be rolled back.
- Encrypted customer data: disks and volumes are encrypted with keys held by the platform. A key is on your server only while an instance needs it and is never written to disk.
- Crypto-erase: when an instance is deleted, its encryption header is overwritten and the platform destroys its key, so the data cannot be recovered.
- Isolation: instances cannot reach your network, other tenants or the host's services.
curl -fsSL https://portal.velyrix.com/agent/install.sh \ | sudo bash -s -- --token <TOKEN> --accept-reboot [ OK ] Ubuntu 24.04 LTS x86_64, VT-x [ OK ] 8× NVIDIA H100 80GB HBM3, IOMMU groups [ OK ] KVM, Docker, NVIDIA Container Toolkit [ OK ] velyrix-agent registered and running
Sample output. The exact command, with your one-time token, is shown on the provider site when you add a server. Re-running the installer is safe and repairs a node.
Before your first server is listed
Business or individual
Both can apply. We collect identity or company details and screen every applicant against sanctions lists.
Tax form
Form W-9 for US persons; Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E for everyone else.
Payout bank details
Stored encrypted. Changes are confirmed by e-mail before they take effect.
Provider Agreement
Signed electronically by you and countersigned by Velyrix before any server is listed.
The platform sets the price; you receive a share
Velyrix sets the price of every component on every server, starting from default rates for each GPU model. Customers see the price before they launch.
By default you receive 75% of what customers paid for the use of your servers, across all components. Velyrix keeps a 25% commission, which may be adjusted for an individual provider by agreement.
If customers pay $1,000 for the use of your servers in a month, your statement shows $750 before any deductions.
Earnings accrue only from customer payments that Velyrix has actually received.
How often your servers are rented, and so what you earn, depends on customer demand, your hardware, location, price and reliability. We do not guarantee any level of utilisation or income.
Paid monthly, with every deduction itemised
One statement per calendar month, with earnings per server and per component, as PDF and CSV on the provider site.
Paid 30 days after the end of the statement month.
$100. Smaller balances are carried forward to the next month.
ACH for US bank accounts; international wire transfer otherwise, with the wire fee borne by the provider.
Refunds, service-level credits and chargebacks relating to your servers are deducted from your earnings and shown on the statement.
Annual earnings summaries on the provider site, and Form 1099 for US providers where required.
What customers see, and what it costs when a server is down
Reliability score
The share of five-minute intervals over the last 30 days in which your server reported in. Customers see it on every listing and can sort by it.
Maintenance windows
Schedule them on the provider site. From the start of a window the server takes no new rentals; running instances keep running. Announce windows at least 48 hours ahead.
Offline time
Customers are not charged for hourly instances while your server is offline, so offline time earns nothing.
Service credits
If a monthly whole-server rental is unavailable beyond the threshold in the GPU Marketplace Terms, the customer's service credit is deducted from your earnings.
Apply on the provider site
Create a provider account, complete verification and sign the Provider Agreement. Then add your first server with the one-line installer.
Frequently asked questions
Who can become a provider?
Businesses and individuals with data-centre NVIDIA GPU servers in a professional data-centre facility in an export-cleared country, who pass verification, submit a tax form and sign the Provider Agreement.
Can I list GeForce cards or a server at home?
No. GeForce and TITAN cards are refused, because NVIDIA's GeForce driver licence does not allow data-centre deployment, and servers must be in a professional data-centre facility.
How much will I earn?
We cannot predict it. By default you receive 75% of what customers paid for the use of your servers, minus refunds, service-level credits and chargebacks. How often your servers are rented depends on demand, hardware, location, price and reliability, and we do not guarantee any level of utilisation or income.
Who sets the prices?
The platform. Velyrix sets the price of every component on every server, starting from default rates for each GPU model. You do not set prices yourself.
When am I paid?
Each calendar month gets a statement, paid 30 days after the month ends: by ACH for US bank accounts and by international wire otherwise, with the wire fee borne by you. Balances under $100 are carried forward to the next month.
Does Velyrix need inbound access to my server?
No. The node agent connects out to the platform over HTTPS and opens no inbound management ports. Inbound connections are needed only on the port range you assign for customer traffic.
What happens to customer data on my server?
Customer disks and volumes are encrypted with keys held by the platform, present on your server only while an instance needs them. When an instance is deleted, its data is crypto-erased.
